Often this is  against an industry benchmark or a range of competitor devices, this can include many performance and quality related tests covering various areas & scenarios: voice quality and data performance, call stability, battery life in both static lab and live mobile environments. Our Engineers will always report errors as early as possible during a test cycle, so that any fixes can potentially be verified during the same test assignment. Where this is not possible, we would always strive to retest as soon as possible, assisted by our local teams to reduce costs.

We can also manage any Error Database to ensure that error verification is included in any testing round for maximum efficiency.
